Creating Connections to Shining Stars 2017

Creating Connections to Shining Stars (CCSS), Virginia’s Collaborative Early Childhood Birth through Five Conference, is a cross-sector professional development effort among many state agencies and early childhood organizations. The conference focuses on promoting and supporting the implementation of evidence-based practices in inclusive settings for young children, both with and without disabilities.
